Regional: Co- Artistic Director of The MovingCompany, Minneapolis. Actor, writer, director and co-Artistic Director at Theatre de la Jeune Lune, winner of the 2005 Tony Award for Best Regional Theatre, from 1983-2008. In his 25 years with Jeune Lune, Steven Epp collaborated in the creation and performance of over 50 productions, including title roles in Tartuffe, Crusoe, Hamlet, Gulliver, Figaro and The Miser and major roles in Romeo and Juliet, Cyrano, 7 Dwarfs, Children of Paradise, Scapin, Germinal, Don Juan Giovanni, The 3 Musketeers, Twelfth Night, The Magic Flute, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Seagull and The Little Prince. Adapted and directed Medea by Euripides and co-authored Children of Paradise, winner of the 1993 Outer-Critics Circle Award for best new play. Other regional credits include the Guthrie Theater, La Jolla Playhouse, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Trinity Repertory Theatre, Spoleto Festival, American Repertory Theatre, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Alley Theatre, Intiman Theatre, CENTERSTAGE, The Shakespeare Theatre and New Victory Theatre.

Education/Recognition: Degree in Theatre and History, Gustavus Adolphus College; 1999 Fox Fellow; 2009 McKnight Playwrights Center Theatre Artist Fellow.
