As a PhD candidate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, his work and research focuses on group facilitation, arts-based approaches to peacebuilding, and critical community development. In addition to working in the rehearsal room, Jeff co-managed the university wide collaborations and support programming framing Every Brilliant Thing as a Student Affairs mental health and wellness initiative.
