CABARET: Scenic Design
PlayMakers: Bye Bye Birdie, Scenic Artist for 2016/17 season.
Andrea Ball was born and raised in Texas, but don’t worry she don’t have an accent.
After completing her B.F.A. in Design and Technology at Texas State, she joined in Cobalt Studio’s rigorous scenic painting courses for two months before moving to Chicago to pursue a freelance career that spanned three years. Andrea
was then accepted into Indiana University and completed her M.F.A. in Scenic Design. After graduation, she continued designing and painting in a variety of professional and educational environments. Andrea is currently working as a freelance Scenic Designer, designing shows all over the country.
