Blake Segal is an actor, singer, dialect coach, and teacher based in New York City. He is thrilled to return to PlayMakers Repertory Company after last season’s turn as “Beadle Bamford” in Sweeney Todd. Production Coaching credits include work at New Georges (Off-Broadway), the Araca Project (Off-Broadway), Columbia University School of the Arts, Fordham University Theatre, Walkerspace at SoHo Rep, Yale School of Drama, Kean University Department of Theater, Fault Line Theatre, and Stella Adler Conservatory. He has taught voice and speech at HB Studio, Yale Summer Conservatory for Actors, Fairfield University, Kean University, and Theatre Arts Center NY. As an actor he has appeared in the National Tour of Mary Poppins, Off-Broadway’s Bones in the Basket, major regional theaters across the country, and on television. Blake holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MFA from Yale School of Drama.
