Lisa Rothe is a New York based theater director, acting coach, and intuitive healer. She has workshopped, developed and directed over one hundred new plays and musicals, working with multiple award winning writers.

Formerly the Director of New Works at Kansas City Repertory Theatre; Director of Global Exchange at The Lark; co-Artistic Director of The Actor’s Center & co-President of the League of Professional Theatre Women.
Lisa has directed and taught at multiple theatre programs around the country including NYU’s Graduate Acting Program, Yale School of Drama, The Juilliard School, Chautauqua Conservatory, the Einhorn School of Performing Arts (ESPA) at Primary Stages, and many more. Lisa is currently on faculty at Columbia University’s MFA Theatre Program & Binghamton University. MFA: NYU Graduate Acting.
