Other regional credits include plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Shakespeare Theater Company, Georgia Shakespeare Festival, Artists Repertory Theater, Theater Alliance, Eugene O’Neill Playwrights Conference and an upcoming production at Arena Stage.
Samip has held residencies and developed works with the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center Institute, Emerging Artists Theater and LaGuardia Performing Arts Center. He has devised theatre with artists in Nairobi, Kenya and works as a teaching artist with ASTEP in South Florida, New York and Tamil Nadu, India. Samip is the recipient of the William Kenan Fellowshop and holds a BFA from the North Carolina School of the Arts.
