In the small town of Grover’s Corners, ordinary moments reveal extraordinary beauty. Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize-winning Our Town is a heartfelt, timeless portrait of love, family, and the fleeting nature of life, reminding us to cherish the here and now.

Tickets start at $20
Our Paul Green Theatre always feels immersive, with the audience wrapped around three sides of the stage. For this production of Our Town, however, we’re taking that experience even further with a theatre-in-the-round experience. That means the audience will surround the stage on all four sides!
The added fourth side of seating, what we’re calling our Community Seating, offers the same great view as our permanent three sides. Seating in this added section is general admission and available for just $25.
When reserving your tickets to the show, please note on the ticketing page how to select tickets in our Community Seating.

Watch to see what Opening Nights are like at PlayMakers!
Our Town might not be the show for your young one to enjoy, but that doesn’t mean they can’t join you. PlayMakers has partnered with Seed Art Share to provide on-site childcare for ages 4-12 with engaging, theatre-based fun while you enjoy the performance.
This performance will feature Open Captioning, allowing you to read along with the dialogue.
Join us after the show for a post-show discussion to talk about the play with members of the Our Town cast and creative team.
ASL Interpreters and Audio Description will be available for patrons. For the best view of the ASL Interpreters, please contact the Box Office at 919.962.7529 or prcboxoffice@unc.edu.
