Credits: Virginia Ewing Hudson teaches cello at Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. She serves as principal cellist for the Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle and the Orchestra Pro Cantores of Duke Chapel. She has also served as principal for The Opera Company of North Carolina, Greensboro Symphony, The Blue Lake Festival Orchestra, The Raleigh Symphony and the International Music Program at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. She is an active chamber musician and recitalist.

Education: Ms. Hudson holds degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and UNCSA, having studied cello with Robert Marsh, Lev Aronson, Paul Olefsky and Colin Carr as well as chamber music with Josef Gingold and Dan Welcher. Virginia is an aspiring novelist.
