The Master of Ceremonies bids you to forget all your troubles in the tantalizing world of The Kit Kat Klub in 1930s Berlin, where beguiling, self-destructive chanteuse Sally Bowles lives with no thought for tomorrow. The decadence of this Weimar nightclub becomes a shattered mirror reflecting a society spiraling toward disaster as Hitler and the Nazi Party come to power.

SUMMER yOUTH cONSERVATORY

Cabaret is the culmination of PlayMakers’ Summer Youth Conservatory, a six-week practicum for high school students—both on stage and behind the scenes—combining top-notch teaching with unparalleled practical experience. Students work with professional directors, choreographers, musical directors, and theatre technicians to mount a professional quality production for all to enjoy.
