Casey is an Elvis impersonator with a dream of a life as big as Graceland. So what does he do when he loses his job, the rent is due, and a baby is on the way? Why, transform from “the king” into a drag queen, of course. This big-hearted, music-filled comedy will challenge your assumptions with extraordinary humor and depth.

Friday, April 14 at 9:45 p.m. following a performance of “The Legend of Georgia McBride” by Matthew López is “The Art of Drag” at PlayMakers Repertory Company in the Paul Green Theatre.

Join us for “The Legend of Georgia McBride” and stay for the aftershow! If you can only make “The Art of Drag,” the theatre lobby will be open at 9:30 pm with seating beginning shortly thereafter. Concessions are available for purchase. The Drag performance is free and no registration is required. Tips for performers are encouraged!
